GILDARDO RÁBAGO FLORES (Socio Fundador).

Graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Universidad Iberoamericana, A.C., dedicated to practicing his profession privately since 2000, focusing his legal practice exclusively on litigation in criminal matters.

He has studies on the System of Social Adaption and Prisons in Mexico, participating since 2008 in different forums and workshops for the Constitutional Reform on Criminal Justice and Public Security in Mexico. 

In 2013 he participated in the workshop of the Faculty of Law of the National Autonomous University of Mexico, for the study and implementation of the Criminal Justice System of Accusatory, Adversarial and Oral Court in Mexico. 

In 2014 he participated in the practical workshop of the National Institute of Criminal Sciences, for the application of the National Code of Criminal Procedures. 

In 2017, he participated in the Oral Litigation Skills Academy in San Diego, California, taught by the California Western School of Law.

Speaker by invitation, in the classrooms of oral trials of the University Anáhuac del Norte, in the matter of criminal procedure practice in the new Criminal Justice System in Mexico and in the classrooms of the University Iberoamericana in the course of criminal theory. 

During his professional career, he has represented leading companies in the field of telecommunications, mass media, national and international transport industry and construction, representing in Mexico a public Bank of the USA. Since 2008, he has represented accusations and defenses of physical persons and entities in the Accusatory, Adversarial and Oral Criminal Justice System in Mexico. 

He participates as Pro Bono lawyer of the Gender Studies Program of the National Autonomous University of Mexico and as an advisor in the professional practices of the students of the Faculty of Law of the University Anáhuac del Norte. 

Is a member of the Barra Mexicana Colegio de Abogados (BMA).

DAVID MARK MENA FARCA.
DAVID

Alumni of The American School Foundation in Mexico City (ASF) and graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University Iberoamericana, A.C. He has a Masters in Criminal Procedural Law, from the National Institute of Higher Studies in Criminal Law A.C. (INDEPAC). 

In 2000 he began his professional career at the law firm Athié y León de la Barra, S.C., specializing in civil, commercial, family and immigration law. In 2003, he was invited to collaborate in the firm Castro and Reyes Retana Abogados, S.C., until his independence in 2014 and since then he is a partner with RSMA in complex or high-profile litigation. 

He has specialized in representing clients from the United States of America, as well as leading companies dedicated to commercial aviation, pharmaceutical production, soft drinks, hotels, restaurant industry, among others, as well as one of the main banks of Mexico and individuals, both in accusations and in complex defenses.

Coordination Council for the  Implementation of the Criminal Justice System (SETEC), the Mexico Support Program for the Faculties of Law and Bar Associations of the Rule of Law Initiative of the American Bar Association (ABA ROLI MEXICO) and the National Institute of Criminal Sciences (INACIPE).

 

He has provided support as attorney Pro Bono of the Mexican Bar Association of Lawyers, A.C. (BMA), participating in sessions of the same and is a member of the National Association of Business Lawyers, Bar Association, A.C. (ANADE).
